CHC Studio (or “we” or “us” or “our”) is a software design and development studio which provides entertainment software and software solutions such as (but not limited to) videogames, websites, mobile apps, desktop software, products or systems (or collectively, our “Services”). We do NOT assume any liability for the content of the advertising of Third Parties Tools, as well as for the availability, quality and safety of the services or products advertised or for any damages or losses caused as a result of clicking or reading these advertisements, or by using the products or services displayed in them. Some of our Services may require you to have an active Internet Connection. This connection can be Wi-Fi or using your Mobile Network Provider (with an active Data Plan) if you’re using a mobile device or through a Internet Service Provider (such as Dial-up, broadband, DSL, Cable, Satellite, or other) for your computer. We take NO responsibility for our Service not being fully functional if you don’t have an active Internet access through the options mentioned before. The corresponding Internet Connection that you use is governed by the terms of agreement of your Service Provider and those are beyond our control. If you happen to use a Data plan, you may be charged for the duration and the corresponding cost of data while accessing our Services, or other Third-Party Charges corresponding to your Service Provider. You accept the responsibility of any of these charges made by your Internet Service Provider as well of any data roaming charges that might apply If you’re outside your home country and you have enabled the Data Roaming option.
If you lend your phone (laptop or PC) to a third-person (e.g. friend, family member, etc.) who is not the bill payer and uses our Services, we assume that person has your permission for using our Services and we will not take responsibility of the charges or purchases that person might process while using our Services.
The minimum requirements needed to use our Services may change when new updates are made, and in some cases, you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using our Services. We cannot promise that these updates might be relevant to you, or that might be compatible with your device.
Although we strive to ensure that our Services are always updated and error-free, is your responsibility the way you use our Services. We accept NO liability for any type of loss (direct or indirect) you may experience as a result of relying on the functionality of our Services.
