CHC Studio (or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects and cares about your privacy. The purpose of this page is to inform visitors and users regarding our privacy policies and practices related to collection, use, and disclosure of Information. If you choose to download or use our websites, apps, software, products or systems (or collectively, our “Services” ), then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this privacy policy. INFORMATION COLLECTION                                         

We DO NOT collect any Personally-Identifiable Information, which is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity alone (such as their name, home address, telephone, e-mail address, username, nickname, social security number, biometrics, etc), or when combined with other Personal or Identifying Information (such as date of birth, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, etc) can be linked to a specific individual, unless that you voluntarily provide it to us that information (e.g. an e-mail address you provide to us when you submit a support request via our website, newsletter or contacted us by e-mail). However, in order to accomplish a better user experience for you while using our Services, we may use Third-Party Tools that may require you to provide certain Non-Personally-Identifiable information which is Anonymous Data that can NOT be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity (such as IP Address, Operative System, set Language, Browser Type, Advertising ID’s, etc.), and can be used for analytics purposes in order to improve how you interact with the content (and advertisements if applicable) within our Services.

 

LOG DATA

Whenever you use our Services and an error occurs, Third-Party Tools (e.g. Google Play Services) collect data and information called Log Data (or “Crash Report”, or “Bug Report”). This Log Data includes Non-Personally-Identifying information (such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other anonymous statistics data) that can help us to detect and correct these errors and improve our Services and improve their service as well. This data is stored in the corresponding Third-Party Service and its management is beyond our control. Log Data does NOT contain Personally-Identifying Information.

 

USE OF THIRD-PARTY APIs

In order to provide some functionality within our Services, we may use Third-Party APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). These Third-Party APIs may collect different types of data with different diagnostic and analysis purposes, in order to maintain and improve their code or detect their misuse or abuse.  These APIs are governed by their own Privacy Policy (and Terms and Conditions as well). This collected data is stored in the corresponding Third-Party API Provider and its management is beyond our control. It is important to remark that this data does NOT contain Personally-Identifying Information.

USE OF COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (SERVICES AND ADVERTISERS)

Cookies are files that contains user’s browsing activity and are sent by websites that you visit to your Browser while browsing or surfing the Internet, and are stored on your device’s internal memory.  We DO NOT use Cookies in our Services explicitly. However, we may use Third-Party Tools (e.g. Google Play, Google Analytics, Google’s AdSense, AdMob, or Google AdWords) that may use First-Party and Third-Party Cookies to collect Non-Personally-Identifying information to improve our services and theirs as well, for example, to inform, optimize and display Advertisements (or Ads) based on your interactions with the content within our Services. These Third-Party Tools are governed by their respective privacy policy.

You have the option to either accept or refuse the use of Cookies (through our Service’s Consent Agreement, your browser’s Privacy Settings, your Device-specific Settings or using a Browser plug-in). You can also delete Cookies through your Device-Specific Browsing Privacy Settings (this option should be available within the Clear History Data, Clear Browsing Data  or the corresponding option to Clear your Browsing Activity).

We may also use another Third-Party Tool called Web Beacons (or “clear GIFs”, or  “pixel tags”, or “pixels”) which help us to track the activity and interaction of the users with the content within our Services. We may use these tools for statistical purposes (e.g. count the number of users who visit our Website). Web Beacons won’t collect Personally-Identifiable Information. You have the option stop Web Beacons from tracking your activity by refusing the use of Cookies as mentioned before.

We may also use Third-Party advertising companies to serve Ads when using our Services. These companies may use Web Cookies and Web beacons in order to display Ads that may be relevant to your interests, although NOT all of our Services display Ads. We also take care of filtering categories of sensitive and unsuitable advertisements for children. Nonetheless, Advertisers can misclassify ads in rare cases and we do not have control of these situations.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND SERVICES  PROMOTION

We may use hyperlinks (or links) within our Services to promote our Social Media Pages or other Services developed by us. When you click or touch these Hyperlinks, you will be redirected to the Social Media Page or Service page, and sometimes in order to interact with the content in those pages you will be asked to login with an account of the corresponding Third-Party service. The privacy settings and the information that may be collected by these social networks are beyond our control, It’s under your discretion and responsibility how you use  those Sites and governed by their own privacy policies.

If you clicked (or touched) a hyperlink by mistake or you don’t want to interact with the opened social media or Service page (or Tab), you can simply close it or go back to the Service you were using. The interaction with these social media pages is merely Optional and under your control.

 

IN-APP PURCHASES, SERVICE PURCHASE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PAYMENTS

We may offer our Services through Third-Party Services, and In-App Purchases may available within our Services. We DO NOT collect any Personal-Identifying Information (e.g. User Login information of the respective Third-Party Service, or Billing Information you need to provide to make purchases and payments). This information is stored by the corresponding Third-Party Service and the Platform’s payment processor used to make the purchase or payment, and is governed by the Third-Party Privacy Policy (the links to these Policies of the Third-Party Services where we offer our Services are listed above). We also DO NOT have direct control over the information you provide nor the transactions you make using those Third-Party Services and Payment Platforms; every payment change, clarification or refund will be needed to be made through the corresponding Third-Party service.

 

MOBILE DEVICES TERMS

If you use our Services with a Mobile Device (e.g. access one of our websites or downloading one of our Apps using a Phone, Tablet, etc.) we may use Third-Party tools that collect Non-Personally-Identifying Information such as (but not limited to) IP Address, Device ID, Manufacturer, Model, Operative System, Browser and Set Language. Unless we have your prior permission, we may not access your GPS Geo-Location, and if you want to disable afterwards, you can do this whenever you desire within your Device App Settings. We may also use push notifications within our Services if you choose to have this option enabled, but if you change your mind, you have the option to disable them within your Device-specific App Settings.

 

HOW COLLECTED INFORMATION IS USED

We may use Non-Personally-Identifiable Information in order to improve our services according to your interactions with them to display advertisements; to get usage statistics of our Services; to keep up updated of new Posts or Services provided by us; and/or to resolve errors and correct them to give you a better user experience within our Services. In more simple terms, we use anonymous data that can NOT trace your identity for analytics and statistics purposes, in order to develop great quality Services, and if applicable, also to display Advertisements with the help of Third-Party Tools mentioned above. It is worth to mention again that not all of our Services display Ads, and that being the case, it will be explicitly displayed that the Service “Contains Ads” as part of its description or  we will notify our users of the usage Cookies and Ads to have your consent before proceeding to the usage of our Services. We DO NOT collect, use nor sell Personally-Identifiable Information.  We may have available Personally-Identifiable Information if you voluntarily provided it to us, e.g. an e-mail address you provided to us and the information contained within the message when you submit a support request via our website, contacted us by e-mail or if you subscribe to our newsletter, and you can contact us in order to take the necessary actions to delete it.

 

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE & SECURITY

We may disclose your Personal-Identifiable Information (if you voluntarily provide to us as mentioned before) in the following situations according to law regulations:

  • By Request of the public or federal authorities.
  • By the applicable law within or outside your country of residence.
  • To protect our legal rights.

We take high security measures in order to protect your data. However, no security can be 100% infallible nor reliable, so we cannot guaranteed its absolute security from human error or hacker attacks.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We know how important is to protect everyone’s privacy, specially of children. We DO NOT collect Personally-Identifiable Information from children.

 

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA)

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which protects the online privacy of any children under the age of 13,  Any user who provides Personally-Identifiable Information represents to us as a person who has 13 years or older.  In the case we discover that a child under 13 years old has provided us with Personally-Identifiable Information, we immediately delete this data from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personally-Identifiable Information, please contact us in order to take the necessary actions to delete it.

 

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS – For CA State Residents

According to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), California consumers have specific rights over the Personal-Identifying Information that businesses collect (if any) about them including the right to know, delete and opt out of certain data collection activities. We DO NOT sell, release, disclose, transfer, or communicate any Personal-Identifying Information to other Third-Party business for monetary value or other valuable consideration. As stated before in this document, we DO NOT collect Personal-Identifying Information, but we may use Third-Party Tools that may require you to provide Non-Personally-Identifying Information. The privacy policy that govern those tools and the opt-out options that you have are listed above.

 

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally. Thus, you are advised to review this document from time to time for any changes.
